All prices are for 4 color printing on 14 pt. cardstock.  Glossy UV coating is available at no extra charge but you must choose the glossy option when ordering.

Simple graphics and layout (photo, logo & type setting) are included.

Initial setup with one extra proof is included.  Additional proofs beyond two are charged at $7.50 per proof.
